Shirin M. Vesely handles civil litigation, personal injury law, wrongful death, nursing home litigation, and employment litigation. She has been licensed to practice in Florida since 1994. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Ms. Vesely belongs to the St. Petersburg Bar Association; the American Bar Association; the Florida Bar; the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers; and the Stetson Lawyers Association Advisory Council.
A graduate of Stetson University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991 and her Juris Doctorate in 1994, Ms. Vesely was a member of the university’s prestigious mock trial team and moot court board. She won the Ralph Harris Ferrell Trial Competition Award in 1994 and the ATLA National Championship in Spring 1996. Ms. Vesely continued to serve as the ATLA trial team coach for Stetson University from 1996 to 1997. She later served as the ABA trial team coach for Stetson University from 1997 to 1998.
